How helped me organize my wedding

I am an internet person, I feel more comfortable searching the web than searching stores in a mall.

I am also a person living on the fast lane, time is a very precious asset that I am very keen on preserving.

When I started preparing for my wedding, I knew where to start!


I started with a basic internet search, it wasn’t easy to find quality content related to Lebanon. Then I stumbled upon It was the most useful website I found for Lebanon specific weddings. is a free directory for Lebanese Businesses, one can search by category or by business.

At first, I wasn’t sure how relevant the information in this website were, until I started finding known names, then I was thrilled to have them all in one place!

I searched in each section, found  potential contacts, wrote them down, that’s where I knew I have to start my detailed search. I was so relieved to find all the information I needed in one place, it saved me a lot of time.

On February 7, Wedding Follies Exhibition started in Biel, so my fiance and I went to explore more options before we finalize our reservations.

We stumbled upon’s stand. We met the owner Mr. Elie Abou Fares, and told him how his website helped us organize our wedding… As enthusiastic as I usually am, I started telling Mr. Abou Fares how relieved I was to find all the information in one place, how it all helped me organize my thoughts…

My New Talfen Agenda

The agenda looked very nice (as you can see in the pic!), it had all the needed categories and enough papers for notes.

With my new Talfen Agenda, I can now write my wedding notes in one place! I added the contact details I found from my initial search to each section of the agenda. I also clipped pictures that I found in magazines, important vouchers, and business cards! I now know who to contact, why and when…
