– Endive x4
– Roquefort 100g
– Mustard 1/2 spoon
– Balsamic Vinegar 1spoon
– White Pepper pinch
– Cooking Oil 4 spoons
1. Add the Roquefort, mustard, balsamic vinegar, white pepper and cooking oil in a bowl and mix them.
2. Grate the pecans and add to the mix
3. Add a spoon of the mix at the edge of each endive leaf
4. Add a pecan on each mix
5. Bon Appetit!!!
