When the lockdown started we were very scared about leaving the house, the first time we decided to go out of the house, we were very funny, looking back at ourselves now, we were like kids who were allowed to play outside the house for the first time, we didn’t want to leave the proximity of the building gate.
Little by little, we started moving a bit away from the building.
As we did so, we noticed many intersting things, we saw neighbors we hadn’t seen for a very long time, we saw kids playing on the street, we met Elie and his dog lucky and little by little we felt good.
- The kids started crying “Bye Bye” when the afternoon sun hit their play area
- We started feeling excited about finishing work in the afternoon
- We became calmer
- We started bonding better as a family
- We had a healthy family ritual
- We started learning to enjoy the moment
- We got closer to one another
- And were in one way or another, living happily ever after!
Ahhhh… impressive, isn’t it,
For week 19 of #Chantals2020WeeklyChallenge , we are keeping it simple , we will be walking for 20 minutes every day.
