We spent the last 30 weeks trying to improve our year, one week at a time and no matter how hard it all was, we have been able to overcome it.
For those who do not know me, I am Chantal, a trainer and blogger who decided to ditch new year resolutions and instead make weekly challenges. Every Week, I challenge myself and challenge you to do a goal that will help get us closer to a better year.

This week, we will join Caren Hitti in her 100 happy days challenge. Karen decided to end her year on a happy note and decided to do one small thing a day that makes her happy. She wrote 100 things that make her happy on papers and decided every day to chose one random thing and do it.
For this week, as we enter Autumn and the last quarter of the year, I will challenge you every day to do one think that makes you happy. You can follow Karen on Instagram to see what her happy thing is, or you can create yours, the most important thing is that you take it day by day, and pick one thing a day. It can be as simple as having a hot cup of chocolate, a talk with a friend, listening to your favorite song, or as big as going on a road trip.
Whatever you do, just make sure that you do one thing that makes you happy everyday this week!
